When we’ve been asked what our next beer creation would be, our answer has always been short and simple: Something Sour!

Now it’s finally here: Something Sour is the first in a new series of fresh sour beers from Fanø Bryghus. A delicate Kettle Sour with mango and passion fruit, beautifully complemented by the refreshing and tart flavor – perfect for a puckered pout!

Ingredients

Water, barley malt, wheat malt,oats, hops, yeast, mango purée (5%), passion fruit purée (5%).

Malt, Hops & Yeast

Malt: Extra Pale, wheat malt, dextrin malt.
Hops:Northern Brewer.
Brewed with:Mango, passion fruit and oats.
Yeast:Wild Brew Sour Pitch, Ale yeast.

Aroma

A refreshing fusion of tropical fruits, mango and passion fruit.
