Strong Beer Festival FAQ
Please be aware that there are people, especially on social media, trying to sell fake tickets!
Always have second-hand tickets verified by us before you purchase them from someone online.
Write to us at strongbeer@fanoebryghus.dk so we can verify their authenticity before purchase.
Ask the seller for the ticket number and the name on the ticket, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation.
Yes. You must send an email to venteliste@fanoebryghus.dk.
In the subject line, please write which day you would like and how many tickets you want.
Also remember to include your phone number in the email. We will contact you if more tickets are released.
Unfortunately, we do not refund tickets.
Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to write to us at strongbeer@fanoebryghus.dk to check if we have anyone on a waiting list. We have a very high demand for our tickets, and if we have people on a waiting list, there is a chance that we can refund your purchased ticket after all.
Please note that 20 DKK will be deducted from the refunded amount, as the ticket fee is non-refundable.
The breweries will be announced continuously, so keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook.
Yes, we have our ever-reliable Lighthouse Burgers container in front of the brewery, and in addition, there will be 1-2 food trucks. There will therefore be plenty of opportunities to buy food during the festival, with something for every taste.
No, unfortunately. All indoor areas at the brewery are closed off for the festival.
If the weather permits, we will set up a bar on our terrace where you can buy draft beer and sit outside to enjoy selected beers. Keep an eye on our Facebook page in the weeks leading up to the festival for further info.
No, unfortunately. We are open on March 5th and 6th, but the bar closes 15 minutes before the festival sessions start.
We do not reopen after the festival has finished on those days.
Yes, we have a staffed cloakroom during the festival.
Please be aware that it can be very busy at the opening of the festival and at the start of each session.
