Moderne Tider Version 3.0 is a malt-forward Rye IPA brewed on a solid backbone of Golden Promise, rye, and Crystal malt, creating a beer with a light, toasted, and caramelized flavor, finishing with a spicy twist.

We are repeating the success – once again!

Moderne Tider is our new series, which we release exclusively in cans. The idea is to brew specialty beers we haven't tried before – it could be ingredients, methods, or styles that we want to experiment with and then share with you wonderful beer lovers!

This time, we have created Moderne Tider Version 3.0, a malt-forward Rye IPA brewed on a solid backbone of Golden Promise, rye, and Crystal malt, which creates a beer with a light, toasted, and caramelized flavor that finishes with a spicy twist.

Packed with traditional German specialty hops in the form of Rottenburger from Locher Hops, which adds the classic IPA notes of pine needles and cedar wood.

Ingredients

Water, barley malt, rye malt, hops, yeast.
Energy per 100 ml: 213 kJ/51 kcal. Store in a dark and cool place.

Malt, Hops & Yeast

Malt:Golden Promise, Rye malt, Chit malt, Crystal malt.
Hops: Rottenburger, Mosaic Cryo.
Yeast:Ale.

Aroma

Citrus, pine needles, cedarwood and rye.
