Old Ale barrel-aged for five years in whisky oak barrels, then blended and cellar-aged for another year. An Old Ale with deep notes of oak barrels, caramel, and a tart finish. 

Worth the wait

Six Years Time is an English-style Old Ale; dark malts and barrel aging provide flavors of toasted wood, toffee and caramel, while a range of wild bacteria create a moderately tart, appealingly acidic finish.

The beer has rested for five years in oak whiskey barrels before being blended with fresh ale and cellared for another year in stainless steel vessels.
